RAMM Annual Inspection Program

The RAMM Annual Inspection Program has been designed to assure that the roof of a building has been visually inspected by one of our highly trained professional roofing inspectors. Comprehensive inspections are scheduled and conducted on a yearly basis. Each building is carefully reviewed by the inspector on an individual basis and:

  • The roof is measured and a general layout that indicates the location of drains, protrusions and HVAC equipment is drawn up
  • Photographs showing the observations of the roof are taken
  • Detailed estimates of repair costs are prepared

The complete RAMM report is submitted to the building owner. The owner may contract a roofer, or ARMM RAMM can provide references of three quality roofers within the area upon request.
